Payment Options

You must always call our collection office at (563) 355-3400, before trying to post one of these types of payments. You will need specific information in order to do so.  Also, the balance you owe, may have changed since the last notice you have received. 

Money Order or Cashiers Check -- No checks or uncertified funds will be accepted.

RCK (Electronic Process) -- This is a process that is done automatically whenever your check is returned to us as Non-Sufficient fund. The face amount of your check and a service charge are deducted from your checking account either by electronic or paper draft.

EFT (Check over the Phone) --  You can call one of our representatives and they will assist you in setting up a check over the phone for your balance due. This will take the payment directly out of your checking account.

Money Gram -- To find the nearest Money Gram provider call (800) 666-3947 or go to www.MONEYGRAM.com.

Wells Fargo Bank Deposit -- You can make a cash deposit in our Wells Fargo Bank account if there is a Wells Fargo bank near you.

Western Union -- There are three ways to pay via Western Union. 

1. You can make a Quick Collect payment by going to the nearest Western Union location and paying with cash.

2. You can call Western Union and use your credit card to make your payment.

3. You can go Online and use your credit card.
