Forgery Claims

If you believe you are a victim of forgery or fraudulent activity, you need to provide us with the following information in order for us to process your claim and discontinue collection on your accounts:

  1. Contact us immediately after discovering the fraudulent activity by calling us.**

  2. Call, fax or mail the police report, forgery affidavit and or case number for the forgery.**

  3. If all you have is your case number, please also provide the police department where the case was filed.

  4. If you have the detective's name and phone number, this information would be helpful in expediting your claim.

  5. Once your claim is verified with the reception of the fore-mentioned information, we will discontinue collection on your account.  We will also remove any tracks placed on your credit bureau within 30 days of closing your account with us.
