Bankruptcy Claims

If you have filed bankruptcy on your accounts, we will need the following information in order to discontinue collection:

  1. Contact us immediately after filing is complete.**

  2. We will need your attorney's name and phone number.

  3. We also need your case number and the district in which you filed.

  4. Fax or mail all bankruptcy reports and paper work.**

  5. Sometimes your attorney sends us this information; however, if we do not receive the information, we will be unable to process your claim and your account will remain open with us.

  6. Once your claim is verified, your account will be closed as a bankruptcy and reported as such to the credit bureaus with in 30 days of closure in our office.
